Frequently Asked Questions

1. I have bad credit - would this affect my loan application?
No. As with any loan application we look at your current financial perfomance to ensure you will have sufficient funds in your bank account on payday to cover your payday loan repayment, and meet your other financial commitments.

2. How do I repay the loan?
We use the debit card on your current account to take repayment of your payday loan.

3. Does it matter that I don't have a debit card?
Sadly we require you to have a debit card in order for us to take your loan repayment.

4. Do you use credit checks?
Yes - However we can usually still offer you a payday loan if you fail, provided you are in employment.

5. Do you make loans to self employed people?
Yes - Provided you have a regular income paid directly into your bank account.

6. Can I have more than one payday loan at the same time?
No - all other payday loans have to be repaid before another can be granted.

7. Can I roll my loan over to my next payday?
Yes - although after rolling over the payday loan twice we will ask you to start reducing the balance.
